I tried to unsubscribe and it says that I am not subscribed under this address, or my address now is different than the one I subscribed with.

You will need to try and remove yourself using all known aliases for your email address. If you still cannot find the right address, try reading an email from the discussion list in full header mode on your email client. In full header mode, there will most likely be a "Delivered-to:" line in the header that shows the address as it is subscribed on the list.

When I try to send a message to a list it replies that I am not authorised to send to this list from my email address, even though I am subscribed, what is wrong ?

You may be sending email from another address or from a different email alias. Listserv treats different email aliases as completely separate email addresses. If you have an email address of username@domain which you are subscribed under and try to send a message to the list from your alias of firstname.lastname@domain listserv treats these as separate addresses. You will either need to change your subscription address to the address you are trying to send from (this should be revealed in an email message you receive back from listserv) or if you use both addresses both will have to be subscribed to the list to allow you to post from either. You can prevent extra copies of messages being delivered to you as a result of more than one address being subscribed to a list.
