If you need help with listserv, first look at our help sections for List Members, List Owners, or Listserv Passwords which contain frequently asked questions and answers to the most common problems.
If the answer cannot be found in either help section, then contact the list owner. You can do that by emailing:
listname-request@discussions.eq.edu.au
where listname is replaced by the name of the list.
